Internal draft — not for publication

This page is a draft that still contains placeholder details and requires review by a qualified lawyer before the site goes live. Replace every bracketed placeholder and remove this notice once reviewed.

1. Who we are

DAXEL is a trading name of [FULL LEGAL NAME], an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Privacy contact: daxelagency@gmail.com

General contact: daxelagency@gmail.com

2. Data we collect

When you submit the audit request form, we collect:

  • Business name, city and region, and country
  • Email address, and phone number if you provide one
  • Google Business Profile link and website address, if you provide them
  • Industry, your main challenge, and any notes you write
  • Your privacy consent, and marketing consent if you opt in
  • Technical and campaign data: referring URL, landing page, UTM parameters, and a hashed form of your IP address used only for spam and rate limiting

If you book a call, our scheduling provider also records your chosen time and the details you enter on the booking page.

3. Why we use it

  • To prepare and send the visibility audit you requested
  • To contact you about your request and arrange the call
  • To prevent spam and abusive submissions
  • To send occasional practical tips, only if you opted in to marketing
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used

Our lawful bases are your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the service from abuse.

4. Processors we use

  • Database, storage and server hosting for form submissions and audit files
  • Calendly for call scheduling
  • Resend for transactional confirmation email
  • Make and Google Sheets as an internal mirror of lead records
  • Telegram for internal notification of new requests, without your notes
  • Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics cookies

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the final processor list and each provider’s legal entity.]

5. International transfers

Our providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm transfer mechanism per processor after legal review.]

6. Retention and deletion

Audit requests and related records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and then deleted or anonymised. Audit report files are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links.

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm exact retention periods per record type.]

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing daxelagency@gmail.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. Contact daxelagency@gmail.com and we will respond.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect transactional email about a request you made.

9. Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
